2 tbsp Jaggery

1 tbsp Ghee
1-inch Cinnamon Stick
4 -5 Cloves
1 tsp Cumin Seeds
10 - 12 Curry Leaves
1 tsp Ginger & Green Chilli Paste
Coriander Leaves
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
