Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has questioned BJP MP Manoj Tiwari's complaint of irregularities in the construction of a one-year-old hospital by Lieutenant Governor VK Saxena to the ACB. Manish Sisodia on Tuesday said that if there is a complaint of corruption against a public servant, then the investigating agency cannot initiate investigation in the matter unless the government allows it. In this case permission was not taken from the elected government.

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia ने BJP MP Manoj Tiwari की एक साल पुरानी अस्पताल बनाने में गड़बड़ी की शिकायत को उप राज्‍यपाल वीके सक्‍सेना के द्वारा एसीबी को भेजने पर सवाल उठाए हैं। मनीष सिसोदिया ने मंगलवार को कहा है कि अगर किसी जनसेवक के खिलाफ भ्रष्टाचार की शिकायत आती है तो जांच एजेंसी इस मामले में तब तक जांच शुरू नहीं कर सकती जब तक सरकार इसकी इजाजत न दे। इस मामले में निर्वाचित सरकार से इजाजत नहीं ली गई।
