Kanpur: Man in helmet fired bullets on police from balcony

In Shyamnagar, Kanpur, a situation like 'Bikru scandal' was about to be seen today in UP. A person named Rajkumar Dubey was furious with the police raid that he started firing bullets with his double barrel gun after wearing a helmet. Rajkumar fired 30 rounds of fire at the police.
