There's little secret Victoria's healthcare sector is under intense pressure but workers have told the ABC that the mental health system is also in dire straits and that patients continue to fall through the cracks. Chief among the problems is a lack of staff to fill key frontline clinical positions, with hundreds of vacancies around the state.
