Why is there so much ruckus in Bihar against Agnipath scheme? On this, Bihar's Deputy Chief Minister Tarkishore Prasad said in a special conversation with Aaj Tak that mischievous elements in the name of youth, who want to destabilize Bihar and the country, have come forward and that is why these situations were created. Youth of Bihar is talented and cannot do this. Agneepath scheme is an ambitious plan. This is not a protest against BJP.
