"The Agnipath scheme introduced by the govt for the recruitment in the armed forces has fired up protests in different parts of the country. Young aspirants have taken to streets since yesterday protesting the govt decision to introduce a Tour of Duty for 4 years. While the govt has claimed that it is a radical recruitment plan that will upskill the youth and will give them an opportunity to work with the Armed Forces, the protesting students are vehemently opposing the Agnipath scheme.
