'Nature never ceases to be amazing. All one has to do is stop and look around, and this is exactly what Dixie Prowse did to capture this video.
Emanating from Delta, Canada, this clip shows a majestic bird tactically approaching a tiny fish before catching and then eating it.
"I recorded a great blue heron catching minnows," Dixie said. "They commonly do this when the tide lowers, leaving these fish trapped out in the shallow open waters for them to easily grab."
