President-elect Ferdinand 'Bongbong' Maros Jr. meets more ambassadors at his headquarters in Mandaluyong City on Friday, June 17, 2022. Marcos will be sworn in as the 17th president of the Philippines on June 30. The envoys who spoke to media after the meeting with the new Chief Executive were: Chargé d’ Affaires of Poland Mr. Jaroslaw Szczepankiewicz; Ambassador of Bangladesh H.E. F.M. Borhan Uddin; Ambassador of New Zealand H.E. Peter Francis Tavita Kell; Ambassador of Nigeria H.E. Folakemi Ibidunni Akileye; and Ambassador of Australia H.E. Steven James Robinson.
