First race of the day at the 2022 World Rowing Cup II and already a World Best Time for Birgit Skarstein of Norway in the PR1 Women's Single Sculls. The reigning Paralympic champion from Tokyo beat her own World Best Time by 23 seconds - and she was delighted about her performance.
