NEWS: Caely lodges police report against EGM requisitionists

The board of directors of Caely Holdings has lodged a police report against the requisitionists of yesterday’s EGM. Caely’s chairman Datuk Loh Ming Choon clarified that the EGM was illegal and invalid as the requisitionists, by right, need to finish their hearing in the High Court on July 15. He also stressed that nine directors were not removed from the board contrary to claims made by the requisitionists.
