The video shows Violet swimming back to her owner with the gosling in her mouth when Patty, in disbelief, tells her to put the animal down.

“Violet has chased animals, but has never actually caught anything.”

After gently letting go of the gosling unharmed, Violet casually swam away and turned her attention elsewhere.
