If you consider yourself a frequent flyer, then, there’s a very good chance you’ve spent at least one booze-filled evening at this iconic bar. Part of Holiday Inn Hotel in New Delhi, The Hangar has served generations of business travellers in the city. The place is usually buzzing and is perfect for when you want to unwind with your friends. The outlet has a quirky hangar themed interior and dim lighting, with different comfortable seating areas, colorful furniture and showpieces. They have an excellent bar stock to choose from and their selection of cocktails are among the best in the city.
Head here for a chilled out evening that you can spend sipping on their Murricane (made with fresh watermelon, lime juice and bourbon whisky) or their Santa’s LiL Helper (gin mixed with strawberry-peach and yoghurt). Along with this, you can enjoy their tapas, including the Salmon and Goat Cheese Mille Feuille, Steamed Fish with Ginger Soy Sauce and Asian Greens and Bhatti ka Murgh. Cocktails are the perfect treats for any hot summer days. When you add a little liquor, things get even more interesting.
