Jammu Kashmir is witnessing various terrorist activities on daily basis. A terrorist was killed by security forces during an encounter recently in Rishipora of Anantnag in South Kashmir on Friday evening. Encounter is going on in Rishipora of the district since last evening. It is being told that a terrorist has been killed in the encounter. The terrorist has been identified as Nisar Khande of Hizbul Mujahideen. An AK 47 rifle has been recovered from him. Three army personnel and one civilian were also injured in the encounter.
