Frequent target killings in Kashmir cause fear and panic

There is a stir from Kashmir to Delhi due to the intensified terrorist attacks. The scenario reminds of an atmosphere like 1990. The target is not only Kashmiri Pandits who are coming to settle in Kashmir but migrant laborers and all those whom the terrorists consider as a threat to their fearful rule.
