Step By Step Dinner Roll Recipe In Urdu

Ingredients:

Maida Flour: 1/2 kg
Salt: 1/2 tsp
Yeast: 1 tbsp
Sugar: 2-1/2 tbsp
Egg: 1
Ghee: 1/2 tbsp
Lukewarm Water: 1 cup

Method

Add maida flour to a bowl. Make space in the middle.
Add sugar, egg, salt, ghee and yeast and mix well with flour.
Add lukewarm, mix and knead well.
Dough for dinner rolls is ready.
Store aside for 30 minutes.
Now make desired shapes with dough.
Keep covered rolls aside until so that it may rise.
Apply egg with brush or cloth.
Bake in oven for 25 minutes.
Fluffy dinner rolls are ready to serve.

Baking Temperature:

Electric Oven: 180 degrees
Gas Oven: 300 degrees
