Senior Tory: PM's partygate explanation is 'not acceptable'

Senior Conservative backbencher Bob Neil says he doesn't find the PM's explanations for partygate credible and believes "rules had been broken over a period of some months". He added that it was clear to him there was a "culture of not keeping to the rules".
