Erwin Tulfo to critics: ‘Give me 6 to 12 months. If I can’t deliver, I’ll step down’

Incoming Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Secretary Erwin Tulfo said he will step down from his post if he cannot deliver on his commitments within six to 12 months.
