One person was killed, and five sustained injuries in a high-pressure improvised explosive device (IED) blast inside a Community Hall at Sapam Mayai Leikai in Khongjom area of Manipur on May 30.

The injured were shifted to Thoubal Hospital for treatment. Security forces cordoned off the area for forensic investigation.
