Yogi government in UP has given big relief to working women. While issuing the order, the government said that no woman employee shall be compelled to work before 6 am and after 7 pm without her written consent. If the female employee is stopped in special circumstances, then written permission will have to be taken for her. This order simply means that without the permission of the woman, her duty cannot be imposed at night.

यूपी में योगी सरकार (Yogi government) ने वर्किंग महिलाओं को बड़ी राहत दी है। सरकारर ने आदेश जारी करते हुए कहा कि किसी भी महिला कर्मचारी (working women) को उसकी लिखित सहमति के बिना सुबह 6 बजे से पहले और शाम 7 बजे के बाद काम करने के लिए बाध्य नहीं किया जाएगा. विशेष परिस्थितियों में अगर महिला कर्मचारी को रोका गया है, तो उसके लिए लिखित परमिशन लेनी होगी. इस आदेश का सीधा मतलब है कि बिना महिला की परमिशन के रात में उनकी ड्यूटी नहीं लगाई जा सकती है.
