Kombucha Shoots up and Drips From Ceiling

This woman brewed her own kombucha and for this one time ended up leaving it at normal temperature for too long, causing too much carbon dioxide to form in the bottle. This resulted in a volcano of fizz as she cocked it open, that reached the ceiling and then dripped down all over her kitchen.
