IAS officer walks through mud in flood-affected areas of Assam

Deputy Commissioner of Cachar, Keerthi Jalli was seen walking in mud to inspect flood-affected areas of Assam’s Cachar district. She prioritised physical inspection to understand the issues faced by the people due to heavy floods. According to the locals, this was the first time a deputy commissioner visited the villages to address their respective problems. DCP Keerthi Jalli emphasised on protecting villages to control any future damages.
