A 15-year-old girl, who is facing a charge of killing her newborn baby conceived through rape, was allowed by the Court of Appeal to be released on bail pending the completion of her trial. This after she was denied bail by the Kemaman Magistrates’ Court and the Terengganu High Court and had remained in detention since February.
