"It's time for Congress to act" on gun safety laws, urges White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre, following the Robb Elementary School shooting in Texas. "The President is doing everything that he can to get this done but we're going to continue to call on Congress to act," Jean-Pierre says after announcing Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden will travel to the Texan town of Uvalde on Sunday.
