President-elect Ferdinand "Bongbong" Marcos Jr. said his administration would defend the country's sovereignty by talking to China "with a firm voice."
Speaking about the West Philippine Sea, Marcos said under his rule, the country "will not allow a single square, and maybe make it even more smaller, single square millimeter of our maritime coastal and up to 200 kilometers rights to be trampled upon."
