Kemp's double-digit win over Trump-endorsed David Perdue seems to indicate otherwise.

GA Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger became known nationally in 2020 after a phone call with Trump was leaked.
During the call, Trump seemed to pressure Raffensperger to "find" the number of votes necessary to overturn Biden's win.
Raffensperger resisted the pressure. He attributed his win on May 24 to Republican voters who had come "back home."
