A tornado was spotted by some residents in Barangay 1, Moises Padilla, Negros Occidental on Tuesday.

According to Reynald Horegue, head of Moises Padilla Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office, the tornado occurred while there was light rain.

Horegue said that no injuries or damages were reported as the tornado just disappeared after a while.
