Josh Frydenberg concedes defeat in inner-Melbourne seat of Kooyong

The outgoing Treasurer Josh Frydenberg has conceded defeat in Kooyong after serving as the local member for more than a decade. After so much of Melbourne's Liberal heartland deserted the party the state opposition is now considering what the result could mean for the Victorian election in six months' times.
