: "During recent bad weather in Co. Waterford, Ireland, the waves were smashing away at the coast. I have noticed several people trying to hide behind this wall to take close-up images of the waves, but got completely soaked instead. I was taking other videos of the waves and noticed this stranger trying to do the same thing and started recording. Just a few moments later, the hilarious moment has happened on tape."
