Haryana State Election Commissioner announced the civic polls in Chandigarh. State Election Commissioner Dhanpat Singh explained the entire schedule in detail in the press conference. According to State Election Commissioner Dhanpat Singh, polling will be held on June 19 for eight municipalities and 18 municipal councils. The election code of conduct has been imposed in the state as soon as the date of urban body elections is announced.

चंडीगढ़ में हरियाणा राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त ने निकाय चुनाव की घोषणा की. राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त धनपत सिंह प्रेसवार्ता में पूरे शेड्यूल के बारे में विस्तार से बताया. राज्य चुनाव आयुक्त धनपत सिंह के मुताबिक आठ नगरपालिका और 18 नगर परिषद के लिए 19 जून को मतदान होगा. शहरी निकाय चुनाव की तारीख घोषित होते ही राज्य में चुनाव आचार संहिता लग गई है.
