Bears bench QB Mitchell Trubisky for Nick Foles in second half vs. Falcons

For at least one game, the Chicago Bears ran out of patience for Mitchell Trubisky.The Bears benched their starting quarterback in the third quarter of Sunday's game against the Atlanta Falcons, replacing him with veteran Nick Foles.Trubisky was pulled after throwing an interception to Falcons cornerback Blidi Wreh-Wilson. The Falcons scored a field goal on the ensuing drive to take a 26-10 lead.Trubisky completed 13 of 22 passes for 128 yards with one touchdown and the interception.Foles, who was acquired via trade from the Jacksonville Jaguars in the offseason but was unable to unseat Trubisky for the starting role, threw an interception on his first drive in the game. Follow Michael Middlehurst-Schwartz on Twitter @MikeMSchwartz.
