Many states of the country are in the grip of scorching heat, floods have caused havoc in many states, Bihar, Assam and Karnataka due to rain, floods and lightning, a total of 57 people have died so far. It has rained heavily in Kolkata. The rain accompanied by strong winds put brakes on the speed of the vehicles. Cars were seen crawling on the roads. The death toll due to floods and landslides in Assam has reached 15. Whereas in about 29 districts of the state, more than 7 lakh people are affected due to floods.

देश के कई राज्य तपती गर्मी की चपेट में हैं, कई राज्यों में बाढ़ बारिश से तबाही मची हुई है, बिहार असम और कर्नाटक में बारिश, बाढ़ और बिजली गिरनी की वजह से अब तक कुल 57 लोगों की मौत हो चुकी है. कोलकाता में जोरदार बारिश हुई है. तेज हवाओं के साथ हुई बारिश ने गाड़ियों की रफ्तार पर ब्रेक लगा दिया. सड़कों पर गाड़ियां रेंगती नजर आई. असम में बाढ़ और भू-स्खलन से मरने वालों की संख्या 15 पहुंच गई है. जबकि राज्य के करीब 29 जिलों में 7 लाख से ज्यादा लोग बाढ़ की वजह से प्रभावित हैं.
