What happens when you wear your UNDERWEAR for too long

It very common that male wear their underwear for more than a day without changing it. Which can lead to some not-so-great odors down there when you're re-wearing the same underwear for two or more days at time. Because there is discharge on the underwear, it lingers on your body and gets further moistened as you wear them throughout the day. As a result it can lead to foul smells.
