In a passionate speech, Prince Charles recognises the self determination of indigenous people to preserve their culture and says that their "pain and suffering" must be heard. This comes on the final day of Charles and Camilla's tour of Canada where they sought to reconcile the relationship between the monarchy and indigenous communities.
