Devastating floods stack up 330 million dollar state budget bill

Brisbane City Council has revealed the devastating floods will wipe 330 million dollars from the budget. The Mayor says it's forced him to curb spending and delay some projects and he hasn't ruled out rates hike in next month's budget.
