The Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission recently said it had opened an investigation paper on Court of Appeal judge Datuk Mohd Nazlan Mohd Ghazali. This, following a report that was lodged based on a blog post claiming an unexplained sum in his bank account. Justice Nazlan presided over Najib Razak's SRC International criminal trial and had found him guilty on all seven charges. Is this investigation, as some critics suggest, a form of intimidation?
