In Kerala, heavy rains lashed several parts of the state, especially in the central and northern districts, inundating several low-lying areas of Kochi city. People living near Periyar river bank in Ernakulam district have been alerted.

केरल में राज्य के कई हिस्सों में खासकर मध्य और उत्तरी जिलों में तेज बारिश हुई, जिससे कोच्चि शहर के कई निचले इलाकों में पानी भर गया है। अर्णाकुलम जिले में पेरियार नदी तट के पास रहने वालों को सतर्क कर दिया गया है।
