It is a dream come true for 26-year-old ex-convict Juma Nyasi as he received his secondary school scholarship. Juma sat for his 2021 KCPE exams at the Manyani Maximum Security Prison and scored 401 marks. He was serving a life sentence after he was convicted of sexually assaulting a three-year-old boy.
