Madhya Pradesh: SC का बड़ा आदेश, OBC आरक्षण के साथ होंगे निकाय-पंचायत चुनाव | वनइंडिया हिंदी

The Shivraj government of Madhya Pradesh has got a big relief from the Supreme Court. The court has ordered to give reservation to OBCs in the Madhya Pradesh panchayat body elections. However, the Supreme Court has said that the reservation should not be above 50 percent. On Wednesday, the Supreme Court gave a big decision while hearing the review petition filed by Shivraj government regarding OBC reservation in civic and panchayat elections in Madhya Pradesh.

मध्यप्रदेश की शिवराज सरकार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट से बड़ी राहत मिली है. कोर्ट ने मध्यप्रदेश पंचायत निकाय चुनाव में ओबीसी को आरक्षण दिए जाने का आदेश दिया है. हालांकि, सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने कहा है कि आरक्षण 50 प्रतिशत से ऊपर नहीं होना चाहिए. बुधवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मध्य प्रदेश में निकाय और पंचायत चुनाव में ओबीसी आरक्षण को लेकर शिवराज सरकार की तरफ से दायर पुनर्विचार याचिका पर सुनवाई करते हुए बड़ा फैसला दिया.
