Chief Justice Martha Koome opens Small Claims Court in Nakuru

In an exercise aimed at decongesting the courts across the country, Chief Justice Martha Koome opened Small Claims Court in Nakuru under the Alternative Judicial System. The small claims courts will help solve small cases instead of taking them to court consequently easing some pressure from them.
