टीवी एक्ट्रेस चारू असोपा (Charun Asopa) इन दिनों मदरहुड एन्जॉय कर रही हैं. चारू ने नवंबर 2021 में अपनी बेटी Ziana (Charu Asopa Daughter) को जन्म दिया था. यूं तो चारू असोपा आज बेहद खुश हैं, लेकिन डिलीवरी के बाद के कुछ दिन उनके लिए बेहद मुश्किल भरे रहे थे. चारु असोपा ने अपने नए इंटरव्यू में इस बारे में बताया है. उन्होंने डिलीवरी के बाद के स्ट्रगल और मुश्किल दिनों के बारे में खुलकर बातचीत की.चारु ने बताया कि अपनी बेटी Ziana को पहली बार देखने के बाद उन्हें क्या इमोशंस फील हुए थे. इसके अलावा उन्होंने बताया कि डिलीवरी के बाद शुरुआत के कई दिन वह अपनी बच्ची को ब्रेस्टफीड नहीं कर पाई थीं. चारु ने यह भी कहा कि नई मां को कई इमोशंस से गुजरना पड़ता है. इसमें वह अकेली भी पड़ जाती है.चारु असोपा ने बताया कि उनकी बच्ची का जन्म सी-सेक्शन सर्जरी से हुआ था. ऐसे में उनके पास उसे दूध पिलाने के लिए ब्रेस्टमिल्क नहीं था. चारु कहती हैं, 'मैं उसे देखते ही रोने लगी थी क्योंकि वो छोटी-सी थी. बेहद छोटी. मैंने Ziana को सी-सेक्शन से जन्म दिया था तो मुझमे जल्दी से ब्रेस्टमिल्क नहीं आया था.'उन्होंने आगे बताया, 'मैं बहुत परेशान हो गई थी कि मेरे अंदर ब्रेस्टमिल्क नहीं है. लेकिन मेरे आसपास के लोगों ने कहा कि यह ठीक है. तीन-चार दिन में ब्रेस्टमिल्क आ जाएगा. लेकिन मुझे ज्यादा समय लगा. मेरे पास 6-7 दिन तक ब्रेस्टमिल्क नहीं था. मैं परेशान थी और स्ट्रेस ले रही थी. जबकि डॉक्टर मुझे समझा रहे थे कि स्ट्रेस नहीं लेना है.'
