Former Kitui Governor Julius Malombe has assured Kitui residents that he is coming back to fix the perennial water and transport problems that have faced Kitui, this is after the political parties’ dispute tribunal handed him a green light to contest for the Kitui gubernatorial seat on a Wiper ticket.
