Amid the controversy over the ongoing construction works under the Srimandir Heritage Corridor Project in Puri, senior BJP leader and the Parliamentarian from Sundargarh Jual Oram on Sunday said that chief minister Naveen Patnaik might have been deliberately kept in dark about the ‘unlawful’ construction near Lord Jagannath temple.
