Congress's three-day Chintan Shivir organized in Udaipur is very special for the party in many ways. In this, along with the internal strength of the party, an attempt has been made to establish a democratic system in the party. If party sources are to be believed, the Congress has also prepared a system of reservation of up to fifty percent for the leaders coming from SC, ST, OBC and minority communities in the party.
