Veteran yachting captain charged over New South Wales drug haul

A veteran yachting captain has been charged over a drug haul in New South Wales which resulted in the death of a professional diver. The man is in custody after being caught trying to leave the country from Cairns. He's been charged over the importation of 20 million dollars worth of cocaine which had been strapped to the hull of a cargo ship.
