This week US President Joe Biden will host a special summit with ASEAN head of states in Washington DC -- the first in-person meeting since 2017. This comes as April 24th marked one year since ASEAN signed the Five-Point Consensus on Myanmar -- which was supported by the US and the international community. But why has it failed to make inroads?
