The perfect soft boiled eggs is made with very simple rule, the secret is not to boil the water, so use low heat (simmer) to boil and place the egg inside, and wait for 4 mins.
Soldier is a thin strip of toast, here I'm making it with a twist, by making a creamy crab spread onto it. Delicious!
This recipe is great for snacks or breakfast, so you will have no boring breakfast again :)

To make this perfect soft boiled eggs, you'll need :
30 Gr mayonnaise
100 gr cooked crab meat
2 lime juice
1/2 tsp mustard
cayenne pepper
1 tbsp chopped chives
1 tsp chopped tarragon
4 slices of baguette
2 eggs
