INTJs are, by far, the most self-reliant of all the MBTI types. Of course, this varies by person, but it's safe to assume that most INTJs will seek for independence in at least one–if not more–areas of their lives. For many INTJs, a danger to their independence is something that must be assessed right away and dealt with forcefully if required.
