Prince Charles will deliver The Queen's Speech at the State Opening of Parliament on Tuesday after the 96-year-old monarch was forced to cancel due to mobility issues. Constitutional expert Professor Robert Hazell says this "may be a harbinger of things to come", and that it is possible Charles will become Prince Regent. The UK's last Prince Regent was George IV between 1811 and 1820. Report by Jonesia. Like us on Facebook at http://www.facebook.com/itn and follow us on Twitter at http://twitter.com/itn
