हाईकोर्ट के आदेश के खिलाफ ऋतु महेश्वरी सुप्रीम कोर्ट पहुंची. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने फटकार लगाते हुए गैर जमानती वारंट मामले में राहत देने से इनकार कर दिया है. इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट के फैसले को जारी रखते हुए गैर जमानती वारंट रद्द करने से मना कर दिया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट में ऋतु महेश्वरी के वकील ने मामले की जल्द सुनवाई की मांग करते हुए अंतरिम राहत की मांग की थी.
