For me, having eggs for breakfast is a must. This fluffy souffle omelette is probably the closest I’ll ever get to eating a cloud for breakfast.
This souffle omelette is so soft and fluffy, The melting cheese is so creamy and irresistible. Here is one of my favourite for ooey gooeyyy omelette style.


This cheese omelette is also perfect with the Japanese sesame dipping sauce. Yum!
To make this, you’ll need :


2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp sesame seeds
3 eggs
4 slices of mozzarella cheese
1 tbsp butter
shichimi togarashi
